INSURANCE, REDUCED RATES & PAYMENT
I am an "in-network" provider for Blue Cross NC Commercial PPO and State Health plans and "out-of-network" with other insurance companies. The majority of insured individuals would be eligible to receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance company. I can provide all necessary paperwork to be reimbursed by insurance. Please contact your insurance company to determine benefits and coverage. Reduced rates may be available on a limited basis for those without insurance coverage and in need.

Individual Counseling or Coaching- $175.00/Session

Elective Consultation, Documentation & Case Management Requests- $175.00-$200.00/hour

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no charge for appointments cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Practices cannot bill insurance or recoup the lost time slot and income for missed appointments or late cancellations; therefore, clients will be billed the full cost of the session for any appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
